• If your computer is running slow or exhibiting odd behaviors like pop-ups, your Internet browser not working properly,or other programs not working, you may have a spyware, adware, or virus infection.
• If your computer does not turn on at all it is probably because of a broken or malfunctioning piece of hardware, a part inside the computer.
